In an effort to get back on track with healthy eating, I have begun to write down Everything I eat/drink. I am including liquid intake as well, so that I can make sure I am drinking enough water.
Right now, it's really just a list, so I can see how on, or more likely off, track I have gotten.
Here's a sample of Monday:
Breakfast:
1 Dannon light and fit yogurt
1 pint green tea (yes, at work, I drink tea out of a pint glass)
1 pint cinnamon cinnamon tea
2 calcium chews (no sugar)
Lunch:
Turkey meatloaf with veggies in it (1.25 inch slice)
2 pieces cheddar
1 pint mint tea
2 Jolly Rancher hard candies (sugar free)
Dinner:
salmon fillet (with Singapore seasoning)
steamed broccoli with miso dressing
1/4 cup quinoa
1 glass fizzy water.

Good for you, though, for holding yourself accountable! That's the hardest part.
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup water
1 (ish) tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 (ish) tablespoon grated ginger (I've only tried fresh, but I'm sure dry works in smaller qty.)
honey to taste
Mix it all up, strain (pulp on OJ is one thing, but in tea it's kinda gross), and drink hot or iced.
